🚀 به خاطر اینکه هزینه Prototyping مدام داره پایین میاد، الان دیگه برای Makerهای حرفه‌ای و حتی کسایی که اولین بار میخوان وارد کارآفرینی بشن، لانچ کردن یه Hardware Startup خیلی واقع‌بینانه‌تر شده. ولی سؤال اصلی اینه: دقیقاً باید از کجا شروع کنی؟ این کتاب یه نقشه راه میده و یه سری Best Practice که کمک می‌کنه از یه ایده محصول برسی به یه بیزینس واقعی.

📘 این کتاب The Hardware Startup کار سه تا آدم باتجربه این حوزه‌ست. مسیر رو از Idea Validation تا Launch برات باز می‌کنه. وسطش هم همه چیز رو پوشش میده: از Funding و Market Research گرفته تا Branding، Prototyping، Manufacturing و Distribution.

📊 یه نکته مهم اینه که کلی Case Study واقعی (حدود دو دوجین) آورده تا ببینی تو هر مرحله چی ممکنه درست پیش بره و چی ممکنه خراب بشه.

🏭 بفهم Production در مقیاس بالا چه مدلیه و کجاهاش دردسر داره.

🚀 اگه بتونی از Accelerator کمک بگیری، می‌تونه مسیرت رو سریع‌تر و ساختارمندتر کنه.

💰 یاد بگیر چطور Pricing، Marketing و Distribution رو درست بچینی.

Renee DiResta is Vice President of Business Development at Haven, a marketplace for ocean freight shipping, and a cofounder of the IoT Syndicate on AngelList. She was previously a Principal at O’Reilly AlphaTech Ventures (OATV), where she spent four years as a VC investing in seed-stage technology startups. Prior to OATV, Renee spent seven years an equity derivatives trader at Jane Street Capital, a quantitative proprietary trading firm in NYC. For fun, she plays with data sets, helps run The Maker Map open-source project, and is an avid crafter.
