About the author

Damien Bruyndonckx is the founder & CEO of One2Learn, an eLearning company based in Belgium that provides various types of authoring and training services.

Damien has over 15 years of experience in the eLearning industry and has been using Adobe Captivate since version 1.

Trained as a schoolteacher, Damien began his teaching career in 1998 teaching French, his native language, in two public elementary schools in the Baton Rouge area in Louisiana (USA).

In 2001, Damien returned to his native Belgium and began a new career as an IT trainer. Over the years, he has achieved ACE (Adobe Certified Expert) and ACI (Adobe Certified Instructor) status on various Adobe products, including Acrobat, Captivate and ColdFusion.

Specializing in eLearning authoring tools, instructional video and web development, Damien has authored numerous books (in French and English) on Adobe Captivate, Adobe Learning Manager and Techsmith Camtasia. He is also the author of more than 30 video courses in the French catalog of the LinkedIn Learning platform.

Damien is an avid music lover and sometimes works as a live mixing engineer for concerts.
